The peak was in the summer when many young couples wanted to have a place of their own. The region is very picturesque and has a mild climate. There are a lot of offers and high demand. There is a significant increase in the number of deals in three of the largest cities Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna. Young people prefer holiday resorts near the Black Sea.
