Ali Deni, Atanas Galchev and Hari Milkovski kidnapped Fanos at the end of December last year and demanded a 44 000 British pound ransom from his family. Both have previous police records for drug possession and robbery. Fanos was freed during a police raid, in which one of the hostage-takers, Hari Milkovski, was shot dead, mediapool.bg reported.On Wednesday the court confirmed the decision of the Sofia District Court from December 23 2005. Galchev’s defendant said he was detained 1.5 km away from the crime scene and was not aware of the kidnapping. The decision is based on the fact that the two detained individuals committed a grave crime.
